Hello, all you readers and explorers! You have no doubt heard that we have a lending library at Church of the Earth (and if you have not, then I have not been doing my job!). Let me take you through the process of looking up and ordering books to be brought to you at circle.

Step 1: Go to the CotE website, http://gaiasgardens.org/.
Step 2: Scroll toward the bottom of the page until you see The Lending Library is Open! Click on the purple button labeled “Go to the Library now!”
Step 3: Behold the scholarly graphic and three tabs, as follows—Request a Book, Quick Start, and Detailed Instructions. Each of these pages has a link to Goodreads in the blurb below the title. To browse the library titles, click one of these Goodreads links.
Step 4: You will be connected to the CotE library on Goodreads.
Books are searchable by author and title. There is a search box near the top of the page.
Books are also searchable with keywords. On the left column, you will see Bookshelves. Under that you will see various keywords, from Abrahamic to Zionism (A to Z). Clicking on these keywords will show you all the books that have been marked with this keyword/descriptor.
Step 5: See a book you want to check out? Go back to the CotE page in Step 3 and click on Request a Book. There is a form for you to fill out with your information. In addition, you will be asked to read the Quick Start page for all the details on our library policies, such as how many books you can check out and for how long, etc.
Note that you also have to be a member of CotE to check out books, but that is easy to do as well with the handy-dandy purple “Apply Now” button.
Step 6: Voila! You are ready to submit your form to Your Lovely Librarian, who will gladly bring your book to you at the next circle or ritual.

Do you have any questions? Contact me at library@cote-nc.org .
Lastly, if you have any books that no longer float your boat, consider donating them to the library—they could be just what someone else needs to read!
