What’s the Word: April 2017

Heather Articles, Monthly Review

What’s the word is a monthly review posted each month to review the month before. This will discuss all Church happenings, including rituals, classes and workshops, and community service activities.

Please check here to check out the great things Church of the Earth members have completed in the month prior and get a preview of what’s in store for the following month. This way, you can get an idea of what events are and which ones you would like to partake in.

Education class: Magical Scrapbooking

Attendees learned the different uses of scrapbooking in magical/spiritual practice, created a 3D/layered image for use in their own scrapbooking, and decided on (at least) one page to try at home.

Tuesday, April 11

Full Moon Ritual

Attendees celebrated the Phoenix Full Moon. Just as the phoenix at the end of its life surrenders itself to the flame, attendees let go of that which does not serve them, and rising from the ashes, planted a new intention in its place.
